The United States is entering an exciting time for business owners and future entrepreneurs. More and more Baby Boomers are getting closer and closer to retirement. Our economy is gaining strength and lenders are beginning to loosen the purse strings for business acquisition loans. These “Boomer Business Owners” will need a business broker to assist them in selling their businesses to the next generation of entrepreneurs.   The climate is right to be a success in this challenging and rewarding field.

 

Business Brokers are skilled professionals helping a current owner convert all their hard work in to cash. At the same time, they help someone fulfill their dream of business ownership. Successful brokers are self-starters that build strong relationships and are able to solve problems and remove obstacles between the parties.

 

Success in this position is dependent upon communicating clearly and often with buyers and sellers while guiding them through the process of transferring the ownership of a business. This is done by being on top of the situation, solving problems and strong leadership skills. This is a commission only position and you can expect to make between $50,000 and $100,000 the first year; your efforts will determine your earnings after the first year. Also, due to the length of the sales cycles you should expect a 4 to 6 month period to elapse before you get that first commission check.

 

We are currently looking for full time professionals to join our expansion serving the Dallas/Fort Worth MetroPlex working out of the Lewisville office.

 

Business Brokers - No experience required, will train.

 

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

Ability to form and build relationships

Sales experience

Good organizational and time management skills

Bachelors degree

Strong work ethic

Highest levels of integrity and character

Prior business owner experience is a plus

Comfortable working in a commission only position with high commission potential.
